We are excited every time we book a cruise through you.   Ever since being introduced to CruCon™ back in 2008 we haven't booked our cruises with anyone else.  Not only do you have the best offers and make the effort to put together a great package, but you provide real customer service which continues beyond the initial booking.  There is never a disconnect between the time of booking and sailing which for us is impressive since we generally book our cruises several months up to even a year or more in advance.   Our most recent experience illustrates this point beautifully...
 
Just this past Friday evening I came home to find a very cheerful message waiting for us on our answering machine from your Guest Relations representative asking us to return the call and that she had some good news for us regarding our upcoming back to back Solstice cruises (booked way back in January and final payments recently made).  I called back right away and left a message and shortly thereafter the representative call back to let us know that our amenities had been upgraded!  We were going to be getting more than double the value of what we were expecting.   I was stunned!  I thought to myself "I can't wait to see my husbands face when I tell him this news!"  I could hardly wait for him to get home.   I asked her how this could be and I received a very well explained answer and was so impressed to have been the recipient of such incredible follow through on an existing, already paid for booking.  Even as I compose this message I am amazed.
 
Thank you SO much for being such a great company that displays integrity on a level not often experienced.  You know, it takes time to develop confidence in a company (especially when meaningful sums of money are being spent) to the point you don't worry that the ball might be dropped, or something might go wrong, but you long ago totally succeeded in winning us over and in gaining our vote of confidence.  And although in all the eight cruises we have booked with you we have not had even one problem, we know that we are all imperfect and mistakes can happen, but because of our extremely positive experiences with CruCon™, if there ever was a glitch of some kind, it wouldn't throw us at all.  You are the best!
 
Needless to say, George was as happy and astonished as I was with the news.  Thanks for giving me the opportunity to have some fun with this!  It was great to watch his face as the story unfolded.  :-)  You got our weekend off to a fantastic start!

My name is Jacqueline...  We made our first booking through [a CruCon™ Agent] for the 20 day transatlantic on HAL's new ship.  Our friends booked as well. 

I have to confess, I was a bit nervous to deal with an internet company for the first time.  [The Agent] was very reassuring, answered all my questions and we booked.

Normally, I do not need anything (unless I get offered an upsell).  My husband and I are very experienced cruisers and we tell our friends everything they need to know.

So, I thought why not?  After all, I don't need service (I did not have a high expectation on the service end).

Firstly, there was a mix up with my name.  I probably did not explain to [The Agent] that I had two last names clearly enough.  When I emailed her to try to get my docs fixed, [A CruCon™ Customer Service Representative] answered very quickly and had the matter rectified within minutes.  And told me what to do next time I booked with CruCon.™  I was happy to have that straightened out so quickly as the name must match my passport.

That was great service, but now I am really impressed.  Due to an issue on my last HAL cruise, HAL decided they should give us a future obc.  How nice.  But their letter said that the travel agent had to contact to confirm and make arrangements for my next cruise.  I knew [the Customer Service Rep] was who I should go to so I sent off an email and the letter from HAL.  She emailed me at the end of that day advising she was waiting to hear from HAL, the next day to advise HAL needed at least a week as it was new and she would follow up.  Then I got an email from her saying it may take HAL two weeks, but no worries, she would make sure that this was added to my records so we could take advantage of it. 

I emailed her back to thank her and apologized for being high maintenance.  She went out of her way in her reply telling me that this is the easiest thing for her to do and not trouble and all, happy to help, etc. and rest assured it would be there and she would confirm with me when it was.

As I say, I have cruised a lot.  As far as I am concerned, I am getting BETTER service from [CruCon™] than the last few T.A.'s I have tried who were in our area.  I have been very impressed and [the Customer Service Rep] has erased any misconception I might have had about service from and dealing with CruCon.™  She is a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and very helpful.

Thanks to her service, I know this will not be our last booking with CruCon™ (or other friends who cruise with us). 

Forgive the long email, but I was in the service industry for years and when you get good service it really is appreciated.

After 32 cruises, my husband and I now consider ourselves “seasoned cruisers”.  At this point, we wanted to take the opportunity to tell you how much we enjoy working with CruCon working with CruCon™…we started with CruCon™ as a customer many years ago and have been with you ever since.  Actually, we would not even consider going with another company.

There are many reasons for CruCon™ as our choice and I would like to share some of those reasons with you.

1. We have full trust and confidence in CruCon.™  We know how hard you work to provide your customers with the best “deals” possible.  When a quote is given there are no “hidden costs”.
2. Since I am not a whiz-kid on the computer, I know that if I need help, do not understand something, or have difficulty filling out a particular form, my personal CruCon™ agent…is one phone call away, always ready to assist me no matter how busy she might be.  Laura is one super lady in our books!
3. We are treated as though we are the ONLY customers that CruCon™ has.  (I have spoken to other people who are CruCon™ customers and they in turn feel the same way).  We readily recommend family members, friends and “new cruisers” to CruCon™ because we know they will be happy with the service they will receive.  Once you are a “customer” of CruCon™, YOU ARE FAMILY.  There is a personal tie of friendship that exists.
4. As I mentioned before, we have our “special” agent…whom we work with but if she is out of the office on vacations or out for the day, I know that we will receive the same quality of service from whomever answers our call.  There is a commitment to the customers that CruCon™ serves to provide the BEST service possible.

All that I can add to the above is… “You are doing one fine job Crucon™!”  We will be married 55 years on July 15th and we plan on cruising with CruCon™ at least twenty more years so KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
