I continue to think that CruCon offers the best value and customer service of any travel company. I have been a customer for many years and have never had a single problem. The level of customer service is beyond excellent. We have booked 3 more cruises through CruCon because of your terrific customer service. We will continue to use your company and we spread the news about you on each cruise we take! We love CruCon because of your wonderful staff! I immediately went to the CruCon website. Not Holland's or Royal's, Celebrity's or Carnivals. I know that my one stop shopping is going to be most convenient way to go. I found the promo right away that I wanted to explore, then the ship and the dates that would work for them. I called on a Friday and left a message for Doug. He called me back and we went over a few things. He held that perfect room - right by the elevators for them - until I could call him back on Monday morning. Over the weekend my computer was letting me know that a very important email was coming in from the CruCon 'IT' fairy. (Does Sandy and her team ever sleep?) Sure enough, a great promotion in the works. Another cruise line with a great price and of course some additional great perks to seal the deal. I worried about how I was going to let Doug know that I was going to consider this new promotion with another cruise line. I felt so bad, yet was excited to be saving our friends a significant amount of money. Doug called first thing Monday morning and mentioned it right away about the new promo. That takes a special team member to put the customer's pocketbook before their own. I love CruCon and have referred 28 people who have sailed with their stamp on the bottom of their vacation contracts. I booked the cruise with Doug in less than 10 minutes and delivered all the documents the next day to our friends. They were very happy about how much money was saved and how convenient the whole process was. You made me look good Doug ~ Thank you . . . Again.

Last year, we booked a Caribbean Cruise for our honeymoon while on-board the Celebrity Equinox. The sailing date was for this coming February. I CAN SEE WHY YOU ARE VOTED #1 - THE BEST DEALS/SERVICE IN TOWN! The deal I got last Summer on Allure was the best by far of any cruise company (and I have cruised over 40 times starting in 1968 on Italian Lines, ship was the Homeric and from that cruise on I was addicted for life (have cruised Alaska, Panama Canal, Mediterranean, Greek Islands, Scandinavia, 'all' the Caribbean, west coast of Mexico, etc.) - I'm a pretty savvy traveler with a background in Hotels/Travel so I've checked all the deals that are out there - and all the extraordinary perks you offered were there without me having to seek them out (dinner for 2, spa treatment, comp. gratuities and shipboard credit) - I even have a friend who is a travel agent and she told me she couldn't touch your price and all the extras Crucon gave me - all fully enjoyed by the way. So I am a CruCon customer for life - and will be patiently waiting for your Summer Cruise Sale (if I can find something comparable to last year I'll book it instantly for sure)

Our 11/6//2011 trip on the TransAtlantic. This was an incredible experience for my wife and I. We have cruised for about 28 years and have traveled most of the lines. We have just returned from the two week cruise aboard Celebrity Century to Alaska, ending in San Diego (repositioning). In July 2010, we booked back-to-back cruises on the Solstice sailing in October 2011. In November 2010, Celebrity changed the transatlantic crossing date for the Solstice, which made it undesirable to us. That is when we began receiving outstanding customer service from [our customer service representative] at CruCon.™ She changed our booking to back-to-back sailings on the Constellation for November 2011. At my request, she has changed our cabins so many times that I have lost count. During all of these changes, she never showed the least bit of impatience, even though I'm sure I would have had our roles been reversed. We have received such outstanding service that I would be very hard-pressed to book a future cruise with any other company. Although I have told [her] how much I appreciate the work she has done for us, I [want to] make sure that others knew what a credit she is to your company.

Hello, Debbie & I just got back from a great cruise that we & another couple booked through CruCon™. It was a deep southern, 11 night cruise with celebrity on the ship Millennium. March 28 to April 8th. Great Ship, food, weather, entertainment, staff, sure trips, & so on. Five star plus!! My name is Jacqueline... We made our first booking through [a CruCon™ Agent] for the 20 day transatlantic on HAL's new ship. Our friends booked as well. I have to confess, I was a bit nervous to deal with an internet company for the first time. [The Agent] was very reassuring, answered all my questions and we booked. Normally, I do not need anything (unless I get offered an upsell). My husband and I are very experienced cruisers and we tell our friends everything they need to know. So, I thought why not? After all, I don't need service (I did not have a high expectation on the service end). Firstly, there was a mix up with my name. I probably did not explain to [The Agent] that I had two last names clearly enough. When I emailed her to try to get my docs fixed, [A CruCon™ Customer Service Representative] answered very quickly and had the matter rectified within minutes. And told me what to do next time I booked with CruCon.™ I was happy to have that straightened out so quickly as the name must match my passport. That was great service, but now I am really impressed. Due to an issue on my last HAL cruise, HAL decided they should give us a future obc. How nice. But their letter said that the travel agent had to contact to confirm and make arrangements for my next cruise. I knew [the Customer Service Rep] was who I should go to so I sent off an email and the letter from HAL. She emailed me at the end of that day advising she was waiting to hear from HAL, the next day to advise HAL needed at least a week as it was new and she would follow up. Then I got an email from her saying it may take HAL two weeks, but no worries, she would make sure that this was added to my records so we could take advantage of it. I emailed her back to thank her and apologized for being high maintenance. She went out of her way in her reply telling me that this is the easiest thing for her to do and not trouble and all, happy to help, etc. and rest assured it would be there and she would confirm with me when it was. As I say, I have cruised a lot. As far as I am concerned, I am getting BETTER service from [CruCon™] than the last few T.A.'s I have tried who were in our area. I have been very impressed and [the Customer Service Rep] has erased any misconception I might have had about service from and dealing with CruCon.™ She is a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and very helpful. Thanks to her service, I know this will not be our last booking with CruCon™ (or other friends who cruise with us).
