and how things are looking as certain restrictions relax. Our call and email volume
is remaining extremely high and we are hoping that with the provided information
below, it will save you a call or email resulting in a delayed returned call or email
response time due to our extremely limited staffing.

Refunds and Future Cruise Credits:
Due to the extremely high volume of refunds and Future Cruise Credits (FCC)
being issued by the cruise lines, the delivery date is significally delayed
versus normal time frames. The cruise lines have advised that it is taking
up to 90 days depending on the cruise line, sail date, and cancellation date.

Service on Existing Reservations:
As mentioned, our call volume is extremely high, much higher than normal.
We are working through calls and emails as quickly as possible,
please allow 3-5 business days for a response to your inquiries.
We apologize for the delay, and we look forward to the day when our
response times return to normal.

New Reservations:
Our new booking volume has been much higher than anticipated
during these unparalleled times.
We HIGHLY recommend utilizing our online booking system
to reserve your new cruise. This eliminates the risk of your desired sailing,
pricing, category, or promotion selling out prior to our ability to return your call.
Your booking perks will automatically be added and you will receive an email
from our customer service team within 48 hours detailing
your booking information and perks.
If you have available FCC's to apply, no worries, you can book your
cruise online, pay the required deposit and then follow up with an email
to our customer service department with your FCC information for application.
This way, you wont miss out on the promotion you're looking to book. If you wish
to call in and speak with one of our cruise specialists versus booking online,
please allow 3-5 business days for a returned call/email.
