Refunds and Future Cruise Credits:
Due to the extremely high volume of Refunds and Future Cruise Credits (FCC)
being issued by the cruise lines, the delivery date is significally delayed
compared to normal time frames. The cruise lines have advised us that it is taking
up to 90 days from the initial sail date.

Service on Existing Reservations:
We are working through calls and emails as quickly as possible,
please allow 3-5 business days for a response to your inquiries.
We apologize for the delay, and we all look forward to the day when our
response times return to normal.

New Reservations:
Our new booking volume has been much higher than anticipated
during these unparalleled times.
We HIGHLY recommend utilizing our online booking system
to reserve your new cruise. This eliminates the risk of your desired sailing,
pricing, category, or promotion selling out prior to our ability to return your call.
Your booking perks will automatically be added and you will receive an email
from our customer service team within 48 hours detailing your booking
information and perks. If you have available FCC's to apply, no worries,
you can book your cruise online, pay the required deposit and then follow up
with an email to our customer service department with your
FCC application information.
This way, you wont miss out on the promotion you're looking to book.

booking online, please allow 3-5 business days for a returned call/email.
